In order to assess the satisfaction of our existing clients we undertook a customer care survey to monitor their views on the level of service we provide.
30 clients were chosen at random and a short telephone interview was undertaken, we are very pleased with the results.
80% of our clients gave us 10/10 and one even gave us 12/10 and no-one gave us below 8.5 – this relates to over 80% being 100% satisfied with our service
