Purchase – The complete service includes providing initial advice on affordability, research of the whole market to meet your personal needs and ensuring that the process to moving into your new house is as stress free as possible.
Re-mortgage – You may be paying a high interest rate with your mortgage provider. We will review monthly costs.
Buy to Let – Buying for investment either single or multiple purchase. The criteria for lending will be different with each provider
Equity Release – The need for additional income or capital can be a worry. If you are over 55 years, releasing equity from your residential home may be the answer. This is not a decision to take lighly and hopefully an issue you will have discussed with your family. We look at the alternatives and advice on the best solution for you to make a decision.

The FSA does not regulate Commercial Property Loans or some forms of Buy to Let Mortgages.

Commercial Property loans are not arranged via Sesame.

Equity Release includes home reversion plans and lifetime mortgages. To understand the features and risks, ask for a personalised illustration.

Your property may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.

For mortgages and equity release advice we can be paid a fee, usually £250 and / or by commission.
